We are so impressed with the remote learning from many of our Year 8 students. Their portfolios are well presented and filled with excellent quality work. We have been asking them to spend time on their tasks, and it definitely shows that they have…
We are delighted by the project pieces that are coming in from our Year 8 students, so well painted / drawn, well connected to their artists and themes and really interesting compositions.
Some of you will already know Francis Conteh, our creative mentor, from the exciting workshops she has been leading. For lockdown, Francis has created a great idea for using textiles with recycled plastic.
Please do send in photos of your creations to the school art department.
These examples of Y7 artist research studies from their colourful landscapes unit are fantastic! Using a range of materials (what every they can get their hands on), they have created such bright and joyful pieces, an antidote to lockdown!
